Ace Archer was a freelance pilot with a monkey named Bucko as a sidekick. Bucko was a former organ grinder monkey and was also intelligent enough to understand orders given to him by Ace.
One day Ace gets a job of transporting gold from a mine located in the jungles of San Carlos, but has trouble with a group of natives who are working for the pilot of an invisible aircraft. The plane was painted with invisible paint developed by its mysterious pilot. The identity of the villain is not reveled in the story since their plane was shot down then crashed and burned. Ace tried to retrieve the formula for the invisible paint from the camouflaged hangar they were operating out of, but it is lost during a fire set by the natives during their fight with Ace.
