Adam unmasked revealing his true robotic nature.

Adam was a human-like robot designed by his creator, Hans Lieter, to absorb knowledge from humans. Instead, he takes on their fears and traumas, becoming emotionally unstable. Terrified and confused, Adam flees into the mountains to get away from himself but ultimately gets struck by lightning which seemingly destroys him.

Public Domain Appearances[]

  • Fantastic Giants #24

Notes[]

  • Like many Charlton Characters such as Tyro Team, Spookman, and Shape, Adam is in the public domain thanks to a lack of a proper copyright notice. This is because any work published without a proper copyright notice between 1930 and 1977 are in the public domain.
  • At the end of the story, Adam's hand is twitching indicating that he might not be dead.
