Agent Q-13 was America’s top counter-intelligence agent who used his skills as a master of disguise and his infiltration to protect the United States from threats such an alliance between the Ruritans and Zavanians or foreign weapons smugglers. Q-13 would either capture them or ended their lives often with their own weapons such as high-powered explosives or even a death ray.
