- Andy Pandy was released in 1950 as a live television broadcast, which were not eligible for copyright in his home country of the United Kingdom until 1957. Because it was already public domain in it's source country, it never was restored in the United States by the URAA. As it was one of such works that weren't eligible for copyright restoration due to being already public domain in it's source country at the time.
