The Announcer is a largely offscreen character who is only heard in voice overs in the introductions to Safety Frog. However, he makes a brief physical appearance towards the start of "Fire Safety", interrupting Georgette's opening dialogue by proudly announcing how much he admires her efforts and skill, much to her chagrin before she sends him away.
