Origin[]
Arnold
Fred is the spokesperson for Munchos, while Arnold is his purple monster companion. Fred will try to explain the qualities of the chips, while Arnold quite literally tears up the scenery in a distracting fashion, to Fred's complete ignorance.
The ravenous Arnold spoke in a simplistic dialect, frequently crying out for "MUNCHOS!" He provided a contrast to the more staid spokesman, even going so far as to break through walls in his search for the tasty snacks.
Fred
Fred, the soft-spoken, suited character presented a more sedate contrast to Arnold.
