He was an ally of Blooperman and fought villains such as Badman and Robber the Boy Plunder.
He along with the rest of the BLA saved the kidnapped & hypnotized Blooperman from Badman & Robber. After sending the criminals to jail, Green Trashcan leads role call and tries to collect the team's monthly dues. Aukman was trying to apply a tonic to prevent his wings from balding during role call. Once Wondrous Woman arrived all the male heroes attempt to chase after her only to be threatened with being smacked by her tiara.
However after Green Trashcan then received a phone call from Julie Schmartz, their union president the heroes go on strike. Aukman and the other heroes with the exception of Green Trashcan go after Wonderous Woman again only for her to give them the slip.
The BLA decide to return to headquarters to practice their skills when they run into Blopperman breaking the strike by rescuing an airplane. The group reprimands him only to be interrupted by Green Trashcan who has returned from the headquarters of the Marvelous Heroes.
Green Trashcan, after being thrown out of the rival hero headquarters, gathers the league including Aukman to battle the Marvelous Heroes. However shortly after the conflict began, the respective union presidents of the BLA & the Marvelous Heroes arrive to tell them the strike is over due the US President and the Comics Code have declared the strike unethical.

Public Domain Appearances[]
- Alter Ego #2
- Go-Go Comics #4-6
Notes[]
- The character is an obvious spoof of Hawkman.
- Aukman is in the public domain thanks to a lack of a proper copyright notice (any work published without one between 1923 and 1977 immediately entered the public domain).
- An auk or alcid is a bird of the family Alcidae in the order Charadriiformes. The alcid family includes the murres, guillemots, auklets, puffins, and murrelets. Apart from the extinct great auk, all auks can fly, and are excellent swimmers and divers (appearing to "fly" in water), but their walking appears clumsy.
