The Banker was Oswald's employer in the short he Banker's Daughter as well as the father of Oswald's love interest, Sadie.
He employed Oswald as his limousine driver but then fired for the rabbit for flirting with his daughter. However, soon afterward, the banker's bank is robbed by Pete. Oswald eventually stops him and presumably gets his job back.
The Banker appeared once more animated form as the old man throwing stuff at Oswald at the end of Rival Romeos.
