Baron Blue is a ruthless, cunning criminal and a master of disguise, making his true appearance virtually unknown. In his debut, he masquerades as a slightly portly, middle-aged man in a matching suit and top hat with dark glasses, concealing a surprisingly powerful physique beneath the façade. His resourcefulness allows him to escape even when wounded and partially incapacitated by ether. Although he initially evades capture, Policewoman Dolly O'Dare ultimately apprehends him placing the criminal on track for the electric chair.
