Baroness Von Elsa was a villain who, alongside her henchmen, a giant and a dwarf named Hugo and the Imp, sought a formula to amplify explosions. After clashing with the Green Lama and surviving an explosion, the trio returned to poison U.S. senators but were seemingly killed in a car crash.
