Bela Jat was an Indian mystic who accidentally liquified a man in front of police while trying to master the supernatural arts. After being sentenced to seven years in prison for manslaughter, he decided to get his revenge on those who sent him to jail. After imprisoning some of them in the dungeon of his castle, he faced off against The Ray.
He was allies with a giant named Shimego and a dwarf named Gar.
