Origin[]
Bill Badger is an anthropomorphic Badger and is one of Rupert Bear's closest friends residing in the English village of Nutwood. Bill is always there for him in times of trouble and tries to look on the bright side of things. He also has a good sense of fun.
He is often depicted wearing a blue jacket with a red/yellow waistcoat and white shirt beneath it, a large red bow-tie , light gray (or purple) pants with stripes and dark blue shoes.
