Origin[]
Professional football player Shorty Wilson retired from the game and decided to use his skills to "turn the heat on the Underworld."
He had a crew of ex-criminals who assisted him including Nitro the demolitions expert, Human Fly the stuntman, Dippy the pickpocket, and the Dwarf's girlfriend and expert marksman Arsenic Gayne.
Powers and Abilities[]
He had no powers but, was athletic and a good fighter.
