Notes[]
- "Impervium" is a term that has been appearing in science fiction since at least the 1920s. It is used to signify some sort of fictitious damage-resistant metal or alloy those exact properties vary depending on the writer. Asbestos, on the other hand, is a very real mineral. While it was not widely known at the time the comic was written, we now know that long-term exposure to asbestos mesothelioma causes lung cancer and other health problems. This is something that writers may want to keep in mind if they're thinking of reviving the character.
