Blitz was a bald, monocle wearing Nazi agent who hired the Smiler to retrieve an invention wanted by the Third Reich. Blitz already possessed a device that fires lightning bolts and a small tear-gas gun, but needed another invention. Smiler and his gang kidnap the inventor and secure the item, but they are stopped by Captain Fight.
