Fritz Von Straff, a captured Nazi spy, was a Dan Garret look alike . The FBI then bribed him into operating as the Blue Beetle in Germany. However the real Blue Beetle was sent to investigate since when in Germany, Fritz becomes greedy and the FBI suspect a triple cross. Fritz is put to a stop by Dan Garrett.
