Brother was a thug who worked with the villain Baby Face. He was a foe of the superhero known as Twilight and was in reality a disguised gorilla, swathed in bandages. However after being accidentally sprayed with a "reducing liquid", he turns on Baby Face and rips his throat out before dying from the spray.
