Serving under the Voice as his primary enforcer for his murder syndicate, Bull Morello had recently escaped from prison. Despite not being the leader of the syndicate, he was still referred to as the boss by the other thugs in the organization, and Bull would call the shots as to if a thug was expendable or not. He and the syndicate were thwarted by Bulletman and Bulletgirl.
