The Bulleteers were a gang of unnamed criminals who committed acts of burglary and terrorism through advanced technology. Their headquarters was situated within a mountain peak overlooking the city. From there, they planned their strategies and broadcasted their threats.
Their means of transportation was a rocket-like vehicle that could transform into a car or an aircraft with retractable wings. Its aerodynamic design and intense velocity allow it to plow through solid walls like a missile and destroy public property.
