Buzzard Barnes is a tough, rebellious Allied pilot in World War I who commands the Sky Devils, a squadron of equally unruly airmen fighting German aces over France. Known as the “black sheep” of the skies, Barnes and his men are as rough on the ground as they are fearless in combat. His adventures appear in stories with titles such as “Hell in the Heavens” and “Wolf in the Fold.”
