By day, Cecil McQueen is the best damn make-up artist any department store counter in the Tri-Cities area has to offer! By night, he does himself up and fights street crime as his alter-ego: Cecilia Cerise, Drag Queen Superstarhero!

Don't let the upper body fool you for those aren't implants, they're breast pockets filled with one grenade in each... aka: his cherry bombs!
Cecilia Cerise can't fly. The wings are fake and bought at a dollar store a week after last Hallowe'en... Gurl just likes to accessorize!
