Top American spy Jeff Cardiff was known initially as the Spymaster, then as Spy-Chief, but eventually, he became the costumed hero called the Cloak. The Cloak traveled around the world and battled America's enemies such as the evil Herr von Shtunker, James Marronel, the Black Dragon Society, and Von Gratzoff.
