Cody was a civilian researcher with a large staff of employees and a laboratory. When strategic targets in the United States start getting wiped out, Cody discovers that the threat is on the moon. He takes his rocket powered suit and rocket ship there and confronts Retik, leader of the Moon Men. After many improbable adventures, he eventually thwarts Retik's plans to conquer Earth.
