Coo-ee-oh was Queen of the Skeezers when they fought their conflict with the Flatheads. She was a "Krumbic Witch" (which is seven times worse than an ordinary witch) and a capricious tyrant; she spied on and oppressed her subjects, and betrayed the Three Adepts, transforming them into lake fish. No one expressed regret when she was changed into a diamond-studded swan and was allowed to swim away.
