Origin[]
Copy Cat began its existence as an image of a cat drawn by a young child called Kar Toon. When Kar Toon tried to photograph the image, a short-circuit in the camera happened (caused by a mouse inside), producing a strange ray. Somehow, the ray made the cat in the picture alive.
The cat repeated Kar Toon's voice when he said "a mouse", and it quickly left the canvas to enter the camera and capture the mouse. The cat demonstrated the ability to shrink or enlarge its body. Kar Toon called the cat "Copy Cat", as he repeated the word that heard and showed the ability to speak. Copy Cat asked for milk so Kar Toon drew a cow. The cow became alive as well and Copy Cat shrank itself to prank Kar Toon. The boy drew a calf too, believing that the cow had scared Copy Cat. Copy Cat and the other animals kept having fun with Kar Toon, until someone called to the door. Kar Toon realized that his uncle Dudley has just arrived, and he was scared.
