The Creeper was a Nazi saboteur who under the guise as a green costumed attraction at the circus would travel from town to town sabotaging America's defenses including blowing up a U.S. battleship. However while successful at first, Steel Sterling put an end to his plan after discovering it.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Creeper had the unusual ability to stick to walls, even those made of surfaces as smooth as glass. This enabled him to scale buildings with ease. He was a very stealthy assassin, and a capable fighter, who carried a dagger on missions.
