Hacher, a stranded Nazi spy, decided he could outdo Hitler by subjugating the people of Africa so donned a red costume and began calling himself the Crimson Conqueror. His plans were foiled by Magnet.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Crimson Conqueror had no powers but, was a skilled spy with combat training.
