Origin
Toronto-born Dwayne Matthew Charles never wanted to be a superhero, he merely wanted to play basketball. However, when gifted with the superhuman ability to run at top speeds, he ended up saving the life of an elderly woman... and got caught on the news doing it!
Now celebrated as a hero with his face everywhere, it's the ultimate irony: This speedster has nowhere to run!
His step-sister is the masked vigilate, Blaxplosion.
