Dablo was the last of the Ray-Men, a dangerous race of humanoids who lived in caves deep beneath the sea, who possessed the ability to project destructive rays of energy from an orifice in their foreheads. After his race was destroyed, he decided to take his revenge by destroying all other life on earth.
Eventually, Dablo was captured, his ray power negated by drug treatments. He was sentenced to death for his crimes, but Judge Ord, on of the judges who sentenced him, secretly met with him before his execution. Ord promised to give Dablo his ray power back, and aid him in his escape, if Dablo would help to destroy Ord's enemies and help him take over the city. Dablo did escape with the aid of a drilling vehicle which had, in the past, allowed him to make hit and run attacks on surface cities. Dablo was eventually recaptured by Sub Saunders.
Powers & Abilities[]
Dablo could fire wide and powerful rays of bio-electricity generated by his brain and released through a gaping hole in his forehead. The rays could easily kill or burn an object to a crisp. In addition, Dablo was physcially very strong, though not to a superhuman degree. He was ruthless and a reasonably good fighter.
