Destiny, a former homeless man, gained the magical ability to be transported to crime scenes after experiencing a “Queer dizziness.” His powers were revealed by magician Prof. Seezall Nozal, who told him he had a destiny to use his abilities for good. Destiny’s first major case involved witnessing the murder of fellow hero 711 and capturing the killer, Oscar Jones. He continued using his power to fight crime, including teaming up with blind detective Sherlock Doyle to stop gang members targeting him.
