Policewoman Dolly O’Dare is a hard-boiled police detective. Her nemesis is "the sinister Baron Blue and his subtle system of larceny and murder." Blue, a gentleman thief, is initially successful in his crimes but always driven off by the clever and tough O’Dare, who will go undercover at a fashion show if necessary to catch the Baron.
