Dr. Dekkar who known as the Master of Monsters was a mad scientist who worked out of castle located in a lonely English moor. He has assistant named Wilkins but he also hired a young woman named Diane Clark to work as his new assistant as well.
The following day after Diane arrived the doctor showed her his lab. There she sees a grotesques monster that used to be a man. In fact it was the doctor's old assistant, Dr. Dekkar had discovered a way to activate the glands to make someone grow to an amazing size. However the growth was too rapid and it damaged the subjects body and brain.
Diane is horrified but the doctor continued to explain she would be his next subject to make her gigantic without altering her appearance, but before they can begin Wilkins informs them that a man named Bob Trent is there to see Diane.
Initially Bob is told to leave by Diane but once he rea hes the door she calls out for help. Bob attacks Dr. Dekkar so Wilkins unleashed the monster from the lab only for it wreck the lab and throw Wilkins across the room. The monster then abducts Diane then taking her to a cliff-side.
Bob pursued the creature firing several shots into it with no results. He ends up pushing off the cliff and into the sea after it had set Diane down. The pair then watch as Dr. Dekkar's lab burns to the ground in the distance both believing the mad scientist was gone for good.
However, Dr. Dekkar survived and sends his monsters to Bob and Diane's home to abduct them and bring them to him. He introduced them to his new monsters including a Tiger Woman who he created by grafting human brains cells onto their brains every six hours via a liquid injection to prevent their reversion back to beasthood. He then revealed he planned to kill Bob and Diane to extract their brains in order to make his beast even more human. So he placed them into dehydration tubes to prepare them for the removal of their brain tissue.
However the Tiger Woman had fallen in love with Bob so she released hm so they could escape together. Bob refused to leave Diane behind so the jealous Tiger Woman turned on him causing Dr. Dekkar to send his beast-men including the Condor-Man to retrieve Bob. They fall into the ocean during a struggle so Dr. Dekkar believed Bob dead.
However Bob survived and rushed back to save Diane who is about to have her brain removed. The beast-men try to stop him but they begin to revert back to their full beast forms because Bob had switched the brain solution with water the night before. Dr. Dekkar is devoured by his beasts while Diane and Bob use a boat to escape and return home.
