Dr. Larvay was a world-renowned entomologist and friend of a young man named Bobby. Even though he studied insects, Larvay is characterized by his extreme fear of insect stings, which leads him to wear a full beekeeper’s suit at all times, even at home. He is later revealed to be a monstrous, spider-like creature who traps children in living cocoons in his cellar. His character merges elements of horror and dark humor, culminating in his demise at the hands of the oversized “Werewolf Wasp.”
