The Emperor was a mad man who wished to destroy the United States with his advanced technology. He was confronted by Doc Strange.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Emperor possessed a holograph projector, a burrowing vehicle called "The Glowworm," and a rifle that fired "gas bullets." He also used conventional firearms and seemed to possess an enormous amount of funding. He led a small gang of human thugs, and also commanded a gang of flaming apes!

- The Nedor comics were renewed by Popular Library, which was eventually bought out by Fawcett Books. When Fawcett went out of business, Popular Library was sold to Warner Bros. A number of different publishers, however, are currently/have been using these characters without any lawsuits from Warner Bros., so any action over them is (probably) unlikely. They are still, however, "use at your own risk" characters.
