Origin[]
Evoldo was a king of the Land of Ev.
He was a cruel and impetuous ruler. After purchasing Tik-Tok the clockwork man, and giving him his name, Evoldo sold his wife and ten children (five boys and five girls) to the Nome King in exchange for a long life. Later, regretting this bargain, he locked Tik-Tok in a stone chamber and jumped into the Nonestic Ocean, dying.
His 10 children were:
- King Evardo XV: Evardo was a grave and quiet youth, and when they returned to Evna he was crowned King Evardo XV and ruled wisely and with justice. He was fifteen years of age, had fifteen silver buckles on his jacket, and was the fifteenth Evardo to rule the Land of Ev.
