Felix's rival is a white cat that is rivals with Felix competing for Kitty Kat. He is shown to have a brand-new motor scooter.
One time, Felix finds Kitty’s affections lured away by the Bowery rival. He manages to get the rival tied in a sack with plans to be thrown in the river, but Felix’s conscience haunts him until he averts the murder.
