Mr. Green is a botanist who began to take on plant-like qualities while he was working with plants. He came to hate humanity and decided to use the specialized plants he had created to commit crimes. He had a variety of dangerous plants that moved quickly and responded to his commands. He also used a scythe as a personal weapon. Mr. Green was an enemy of Plastic Man and his sidekick Woozy Winks.
