Origin[]
In the Arctic, the monster finds the frozen corpse of his hated creator and takes it back to the Frankenstein castle in Germany. With Egor's help, the Monster plans on reviving Victor Frankenstein as an undead abomination to get revenge for his creator creating him. During the process, the castle is destroyed by an electrical explosion. After the dust settles, Dr.Frankenstein lives again as a monster like his creation. He wanders out into the nearby village and is destroyed by the villagers.
The Frankenstein monster survives the destruction of Castle Frankenstein and flees the country by hooking up with a traveling freak show. He's eventually put on display in France in front of the legendary Notre Dame cathedral. He escapes, only to encounter the monsterous bell ringer Quasimodo!
After being defeated by Quasimodo, the Frankenstein monster is abducted by aquatic demons who live under Paris and battles their ruler Le Suub, a gigantic octopus monster. Meanwhile Dr. Pretorius salvages the still living head of Dr. Frankenstein and forces him to help him create a monster similar to his creation.
After escaping the octopus, the monster and his companion a blind woman named Lilith are captures by the Phantom Of The Opera. The Phantom and Dr. Pretorius team up to capture the Monster and using the Phantom's organ which can distort time and space when played at the right frequency transfer the mind of Dr. Frankenstein into the Monster's body.
With Lilith's help the procedure is prevented but the pair are sent through time and space with Monster awakening in Paris in 1973. He encountered reanimated Nazi soldiers with their leader being a pilot. They threaten to hurt Lilith and after a fight the pilot shoots her with the guns from his plane before crashing. Distraught the Monster is furious with the loss of his friend, the Monster is flung further into the future arriving in the year 2073.
In 2073, the Monster meets a woman named Fionna who explains that due to a virus from space men have all been wiped out. He explains his origin to her while they travel by flying car to meet the queen. Once they arrive, the queen takes the Monster for herself and when they are in private she explains he is the last man on Earth. The Monster choose to die rather then allow the human race to continue and lays down and passed away peacefully in his sleep.

Notes[]
- Another version of the characters was published by Skywald starting in issue 7 of Scream. The ‘Saga Of The Frankenstein Monster’ is not a continuation of the Frankenstein Book II serial that concluded in the previous issue but Hewetson’s own interpretation of the Frankenstein saga. The version of the Monster illustrated is based upon the classic Universal Studios version as played by Boris Karloff and others.
