Origin[]
Second version
The Friendly Sea Serpent was a gigantic green sea serpent hat appeared during disasters near the Atlantic Ocean and would help humans in need when it was not hungry.
The first sighting of the beast was by a cabin boy one foggy night. Decades later the cabin boy grew up into a skipper and spotted the monster again with is entire crew, but were unable to chase it due to a U-Boat being spotted in the area. The third time seen by the unnamed skipper, now a retired old man, was right before a severe storm that swept a town which resulted in a tree being knocked over on the car of the person he was telling his sightings about. Some time later the Friendly Sea Serpent was spotted by the public for the first time by an entire ocean liner which was desperate to get rid of it by throwing all of their food overboard as a distraction. A transoceanic plane confirmed the existence of the monster, causing panic across the Atlantic coast. Elderly whale hunter Captain Adams was sent out to hunt the beast only to be caught up in a massive gale. During the gale the Friendly Sea Serpent aided in the escape of the humans that were hunting it. Upon realization of its friendly nature humanity left the Friendly Sea Serpent alone from thereon.
