Funnibone was a master criminal and a recurring enemy of Black Owl and Yank & Doodle.
Powers and Abilities
He laughed a lot (usually going Ho! Ho! Ho!) and carried around his lucky cane which he frequently used as a weapon. He was smart, fast, agile, and an above average fighter.
