General Joyce is in charge of the incident with Aku, Chief of the Sun People. He arranges for resources for Professor Cray while investigating the energy source promised to Earth by Aku. After discovering the plan of the Sun People to drain the sun of energy and leave Earth as an unlivable, burnt-out husk, General Joyce gives Spurs Jackson all resources to stop Aku.
