George and Mary Darling are the parents of Wendy, Michael, and John.

He is a bank/office worker and can be quite loud, boisterous, pompous, and self-important. Inside, however, he is kind-hearted, simply wanting what's best for his family.

Though not demonstratively so, she is a loving wife and mother, said to have a kiss held in the right corner of her mouth, reserved for one person, who is neither her husband nor any of her three children. It is later said this kiss looks very much like Peter Pan.

  • The Peter Pan play is not in the public domain in England or the United States. Special legislation was passed that gave the play a perpetual copyright. The characters, however, are in the public domain (as are the novels).
