Ghazia was a Egyptian priestess who worshiped a vulture headed deity. She wished to destroy Fantomah and seize control of her kingdom. She used an army of re-animated mummies and had a pet vulture. Ghazia also allied herself with the Spotted Men, a group Fantomah had imprisoned earlier. Fantomah punished her by summoning a flock of vultures to attack and carry her away, seemingly to her doom.
