Origin[]
The Goo-goo-looper is a character from The Travels of Timmy Toodles.
The Goo-goo-looper vaguely resembles a dragon with a beak, long hair, scaly skin, and a hat. The silly Moonmen describe it as a ferocious beast, but it's depicted as a docile creature who likes to groom itself and dances to music.
