Gramps is the grandfather of Sonny The Cuckoo Bird. He was voiced and created by Chuck McCann. In earlier Cocoa Puffs commercials, Sonny would often be paired with him. They would usually be put in a sticky situation, and Gramps would give Sonny a box of Cocoa Puffs. This, of course, would cause Sonny to go cuckoo, and he would end up solving their problem.
