The Green Claw Triad were criminals armed with a machine capable of spraying compressed vapor which they were going to test on a helpless kidnapped woman. However, the Blue Beetle burst in, guns ablaze, only to find the experiment had already begun.

- The name given in this article is a conjecture based on the characters' appearance. It was inspired by an alternate title for fellow Yellow Peril, the Claw and the Triad which is name of the multinational Chinese organized crime organizations.
