Sam Barkley was a famous sportsman who secretly harbored dreams of world domination. As the Green Mask he was willing to resort to murder and kidnapping to destroy America. He carried a gun, and led a gang which included his girlfriend, Lili Damora. He was stopped by X, the Phantom Fed, but he decided to kill himself with a capsule of prussic acid rather than be captured.
