King Stephan of Sirion, leader of Earth's space armada, rebuffs an alien invasion. Immediately after the victory, King Stephan informs Administrator Henderson of secret agent reports from Sirion. The reports suggest that King Stephan's brother, Karnock, is attempting to usurp the throne of Sirion.
Administration Henderson says something must be done quickly, as King Stephan's representation of Sirion on the Earth council is vital to maintain peace and order in the system.
