Origin[]
Hoppity Hooper is a naive, plucky frog hailing from the fictional town of Foggy Bog, Wisconsin. He was tricked by the shrewd and cunning traveling con-artist fox, Waldo P. Wigglesworth, into thinking he was his nephew in an effort to hide from the perusing law. Together with Fillmore, a friendly but dim-witted bugling bear, they travel around the country in Waldo's medicine-show wagon, participating in his various get-rich quick schemes.
