Origin
The Hyena was a monsterous Nazi operative that attempted to intercept top secret documents. He battled Steel Sterling.
Powers and Abilities
He used a gun filled with a gas called "The Laughing Death" which would kill instantly, and cause the victim's face to twist into a hideous smile.
